As a passenger you will get all the possible service options. To get better service, please follow the link you desired and fill-out the registration form to get confirmation. All the vehicles you need will reach you 15 - 20 minutes before your scheduled pickup either from home or airport and drop you to the destination. 

You don't need to pay anything to the Chauffeur or the Driver of the vehicle. If you want to pay more as extra tips, you are welcome.
